Schaefer appears to be well stocked so any special orders should go right out in a couple of days from when it is ordered. As with all specialof the week sales any special orders will be placed at the end of the sale. This is one of my wifes favorite fibers. She like it so much she used some to make a baby hat and booties for our daughter to wear in the hospital, it is that soft and nice.

Fiber of the Week sale is Schaefer's ANNE

Hi All,

This week's fiber of the week is Anne from the Schaefer Yarn Company. Anne is a fingering weight superwash yarn that is sold as it is dyed which means each skein is considered unique. There are 34 skeins on the website and 18 more going on in the next day or two which gives a decent selection to choose from. As you can see from the pattern selection for this yarn it is more than just another super duper pretty sock yarn.

Unfortunately our website inventory system is not yet able to automatically remove items that are sold out so there may be the situation that someone else beats you to the skein you chose. I will try to remove skeins as they are sold.

Hello all,

On another note...one of our winners has chosen some of her booty from the website. I am very pleased to announce she chose a Leslie Wind Silver Filigre Stick Pin as part of her prize. First Quarter 2008 Newborn Baby Hat Contest Winners!!

Hello all,
We have had a great quarter for our newborn hat contest! We received 66 hats for donation to Beverly Hospital. Due to the success of the program I decided to issue 2 grand prizes instead of just one.
